No Pencil Zen Fish
In this tutorial, we’re drawing a simple fish and filling the back with a Japanese wave-style Zentangle pattern.
It’s a chilled one, using just two fineliners, and it’s great for practising repeated line work without overthinking it.

Robot Fish Spaceship
In this Doodle Club session, we’re drawing a robot, spaceship, fish kind of thing using black pens.
This one is all about dark areas, drop shadows, panels and little details, so it ends up looking technical without needing loads of complicated drawing.

Oh My Heart Doodle
This tutorial is based on Stumpt Workshop’s character, Oh My Heart.
It’s a black silhouette drawing that uses fake white outlines, so the paper does a lot of the work. A good one if you want to practise control, wonky shapes and leaving little gaps on purpose.

Stumpt Monster
This tutorial is based on the artwork of Stumpt Workshop, with a big wonky mouth, sharp teeth, scales and a simple zen doodle pattern.
It’s a good one if you want to practise loose line work, texture and not getting too precious about neatness.

Daruma Skull Hybrid
In this tutorial, we’re drawing a weird Daruma doll and skull hybrid.
Instead of stressing over a perfectly symmetrical Daruma doll, we’re splitting it in half and turning one side into a skull. Much easier, much weirder, and way more fun.

No Outline Daruma Doll
In this tutorial, guest artist KDVM shows you how to draw a Daruma doll using a no outline shading technique. It’s a proper challenge, but if you trust the process you’ll end up with something that looks surprisingly solid and 3D.

The Zippers
This one’s fast.
Proper fast.
It’s based on a John Kelly Green Frankenstein piece—so you’ve got that heavy black, chunky outline doing most of the work, with barely any lines inside. That’s the whole point here: less detail, more impact.
It’s a little bit dark, but the goofy grin keeps it light. ...

One Track Mind
This one is based on John Kelly Green’s Nicker Bookers piece from One Track Mind week.
It’s a nice easy drawing built from fat black lines, big shapes and loads of character. A good one if you want to loosen up, stop overthinking and just get something on the page.
The big lesson in this tutorial...
