Pumpkin
We're drawing a gnarly Halloween pumpkin using Posca pens, with angry eyes, a big toothy mouth and plenty of wonky lines.
We'll give this one a bit of an angle rather than having it face straight forward, and use a few simple colours to create shadows and depth. It's a great drawing for experimenting with texture, and because pumpkins are naturally lumpy, you really can't go too far wrong.

For such a simple drawing this character has loads of personality. We use the same technique for the lip and eyelids and an easy way to draw a fold in the ears.

Hooded Character
This drawing tutorial is inspired by the work of Darren Ward. It's a nice and easy way to draw a creepy character with big muscles and a skinny waist. Those bulky arms give you plenty of opportunity to add your own details in the form of tattoos.
