Halloween Pumpkin Chicken
In this tutorial, KDVM is drawing a rather strange Halloween character. It's a chicken stitched into a pumpkin, complete with rubbery arms, big boots and a slightly rough-looking attitude.

Rat Fink Style Shrek
In this tutorial, we're taking inspiration from Ed Roth and his famous Rat Fink characters to draw a rather gruesome version of Shrek.
We're keeping things fairly simple, using a brush pen to create wonky lines, bulging eyeballs, gnarly teeth and plenty of wrinkles. No pencils, no sketching, just straight in with pens.

Pumpkin
We're drawing a gnarly Halloween pumpkin using Posca pens, with angry eyes, a big toothy mouth and plenty of wonky lines.
We'll give this one a bit of an angle rather than having it face straight forward, and use a few simple colours to create shadows and depth. It's a great drawing for experimenting with texture, and because pumpkins are naturally lumpy, you really can't go too far wrong.
