In this tutorial, we’re bringing an old black and white cat drawing back to life with colour. It’s a simple Posca drawing using two colours for the fur, big eyes, wonky outlines and plenty of scruffy little details.

Wonky Cat

Inspired by Jim Bradshaw, this tutorial is all about drawing one of his cat characters using nothing but black Posca pens. There’s no pencil sketch underneath, so it’s a good one for being brave, embracing wonky lines and drawing straight in with your pens.

Catcus

In this tutorial, we’re drawing a cactus plant with a cat face mashed into it. It’s a fun little character to try because the shapes are simple, the colours do a lot of the work, and there’s loads of room to make it your own without overthinking it.

Gingerbread Cat

What I love about this tutorial is how an accidental drip of paint gets covered up by some gingerbread crumbs. This wouldnt have happened if everything had gone to plan but I prefer the broken biscuit look. It's a great example of a happy lilttle accident.
