Toox One Character
Inspired by Toox One, this tutorial shows you how to build a boxed-in character using simple shapes, bold shadows and plenty of wonky lines. The modular design makes it easy to change the colours, features and details to create your own version.

Witch Hat Skull
Draw a simple skull wearing a huge, folded witch’s hat covered in eyeballs. We’ll use a limited colour palette, rough blending and wonky outlines to give it plenty of shape and character.

Toucan Colour Blends
In this Color Club tutorial, we’re drawing a toucan-style bird using a really simple D-shape technique.
It’s a nice one to try if you want to practise colour blending without getting too precious about the drawing. Once the head and body shapes are in, the beak, tail feathers and details all star...

RikCat Pyramid
In this Color Club tutorial, we’re drawing a RikCat inspired pyramid character with a big eye, chunky mouth, little limbs and a bottle in its hand.
It’s a good one for practising wonky outlines, simple shading and adding a slightly glitchy offset effect without overthinking the whole thing.

Sliced Koi Fish Flag
In this Color Club tutorial, we’re drawing a koi fish flag with a twist. Instead of keeping it traditional, we slice the fish open and add salmon-style sections inside.

Spaceship
In this Color Club tutorial, we’re drawing a chunky little spaceship using grey, orange, black outlines and a mix of blending and cell shading.
This is a good one if you want to practise making simple shapes look more detailed without having to draw every tiny bit perfectly.

Tiny Town Monster
This Color Club tutorial is a Stumpt Workshop mashup, using layered colour, tiny buildings, and one big monster to pull it all together.
No pencils for this one. Just marker pens, brave mark making, and a lot of black silhouette work.

Bee-u-tiful Bug
This one is based on John Kelly Green’s Bee-u-tiful piece and it’s a really fun mix of bold and soft.
The bug itself has those thick black shapes and heavy outlines that make John’s work so good, but then the wings are much lighter and more transparent. That contrast is what makes this one work.

Blob Faces
This is a great excercise that builds on one of the core Korp Academy principles of drawing the same thing over and over. Essentially you will be drawing a face to fit a random blob of ink. We'll start this tutorial with a bit of structure before freestyling in the second half.

Puffingmuffin
I love trying to recreate painted artwork using just marker pens so I was looking forward to taking on a watercolour piece by Puffingmuffin. We use rough blending techniques and layers to create a watercolour effect and finish off with a black pen to bring focus to the characters.
