Inspired by Things by Diana, this tutorial is all about combining bright rainbow colours with heavy black areas. We’ll draw a swirling dragon-like creature, blend the colours together and then use black over the top to make those rainbow sections really pop.

Rainbow Doodles

Rainbow Mashup

This tutorial is a mashup inspired by Hannah Eddy and Justin Roiland. We’re drawing a floating mountain, rainbow, clouds and a screaming sun, bringing the two styles together into one very weird doodle.

Kawaii Rainbow Dogs

In this tutorial we’re filling the page with a bunch of simple kawaii dogs, changing the ears and expressions togive each one its own personality. We’ll stack them together, add rainbow-style stripes and finish with spots, fur, drips and other little details.

Inspired by Minhau, we’re drawing a simple sitting cat packed with bright Posca colours. We’ll build the body from a few easy shapes before filling it with rainbow stripes and finishing everything with chunky black outlines.
