I had a lot of fun drawing with everyone in Doodle Club and wanted to make the replay available to all members so here it is. Follow the tutorial and add your own narrative, we've seen hotdogs (and flies) in love, cupids hotdog, half eaten hotdogs and even farting hotdogs. What else can we do with this most versatile of foods.

Cactus

This tutorial was taken from a live session where I was showing members how to draw a flowering cactus plant. We use alcohol markers to get some nice blending of colours but still add a black outline for that graphic look. We finish it all off with a touch of white Posca for thos spiky bits. Gross

Looking back it's hard to believe that I started this week as Rainbow week, full of joy and colour, and yet somehow managed to end on a particularly gross doodle. Usually I can suggest tweaks to make my stranger drawings more palatable but in this case I think you've just got to accept it for what it is. Have I gone too far? Probably. Have fun!
