For Jim Bradshaw month in the Korp Academy, I’ve brought back this tutorial from the 2021 archives. We’re using alcohol markers to have a go at a surfing dinosaur inspired by Jim Bradshaw, with his chunky shapes, rough textures, wonky lines and swirly details.

Scruffy Cat

We're drawing a grumpy little cat using nothing more than wonky geometric shapes and a couple of Posca colours. This is a great exercise in cutting in, layering colours and turning a messy collection of shapes into a finished character. We'll also have a bit of fun giving our cat its own personality. Challenge Yourself Chickens

In this tutorial, we’re filling a sketchbook page with chickens using the DoodleDeck chicken cards, but with a bit of a twist.
