This is Groundskeeper Willie from the Simpsons drawn by our featured artist Striffle. It's much simpler than it looks, lots of pencil lines to get the beard right but colouring and outlining is a breeze.

You might need to put extra effort into trusting the process for this one as the metal wrinkle going across the bin doesnt feel particularly natural to draw.
This tutorial is less about drawing a naughty dog inspired by the work of Jeff Koons and more about practicing shading spherical objects. The dog is split into 8 main shapes that all need to be shaded with 3 tones of the same colour. Repeating this technique helps to embed it.
In Colour Club we drew our version of a piece called One Wild Night by Derek Yaniger. The focus was on the simple colour palette and the jagged line that Derek uses in his pieces.
This tutorial is all about experimenting with colours and techniques, the finished drawing is more like a happy by-product. Try out blending by scrubbing and using the tip-to-tip method, you'll also give the colouors a double dose to see how different colours interact with each other.
