Hooded Character
This drawing tutorial is inspired by the work of Darren Ward. It's a nice and easy way to draw a creepy character with big muscles and a skinny waist. Those bulky arms give you plenty of opportunity to add your own details in the form of tattoos.

Monster Costume Doodle
In this tutorial, we're drawing a little character dressed up in a monster costume using nothing but black pens.
It's a good exercise in learning what you can leave out of a drawing, using small gaps and simple shapes to create details without having to draw every line.

Drippy Zombie
We're drawing a weird, drippy zombie using fineliners, with a few pencil guidelines to help us get started. The whole thing is built around wonky lines, chunky features and loads of drips, before finishing it off with spots, wrinkles, hairs and other little details.

Zombie Squared
This zombie is a treat to draw, all the lines have a nice flow to them and I'll also show you one of my favourite techniques for adding shadows.

Skull With Weird Creatures
We’re taking an old skull tutorial and giving it a bit of a freshen up, with weird little characters bursting out of holes in the top of its head.
It’s all done with fineliners, using simple pencil guidelines to build the skull before making everything wonky and adding loads of little details.

Challenge Yourself Chickens
In this tutorial, we’re filling a sketchbook page with chickens using the DoodleDeck chicken cards, but with a bit of a twist.
Instead of letting the cards decide everything, we’ll put a bunch of simple sausage shapes down in pencil first, then roll the cards and make whatever chicken appears fit...

Gherkasaurs & Dinosaurs
In this tutorial, we're filling a sketchbook page with Gherkasaurs and dinosaurs, stacking them together and giving each one its own random face.
The idea is to keep it loose, use simple shapes and build up a busy page without having to think too much about what you're drawing.

Keith Haring
In this tutorial we’re taking inspiration from Keith Haring and drawing two of his iconic character designs.
The idea is to use simple, confident lines, repeat the drawings and see how quickly you can commit the shapes to memory without relying too much on pencil.

Roy Lichtenstein Cheese Head
In this tutorial we're taking inspiration from Roy Lichtenstein and drawing his Cheese Head artwork. It's a strange combination of a suit and a big lump of cheese, with thick comic-style lines, hatching and plenty of room to make it your own.

Fix a Bleed-Through Page
Got marker bleed coming through from the other side of your sketchbook page? Instead of writing the page off, we’re going to cover it with a page full of KRTRS Card characters.
The trick is cramming the characters together, adapting them to fit the gaps and using smaller details to fill the space...
